As we gear up for the 2026 Thompson Little League season, we reflect on how much this league has meant to our community since its founding in 1960. For over six decades, TLL has provided boys and girls with the opportunity to learn the game of baseball and softball, build teamwork skills, and create lifelong memories on and off the field.
However, none of this would be possible without the support of our dedicated community partners. Sponsors and donors play a critical role in sustaining our league. By keeping registration fees affordable, we ensure that every child in our community can participate—yet these fees only cover a fraction of our operating expenses. Donations from generous sponsors help bridge the gap, covering costs for field maintenance, uniforms, baseballs, equipment, umpire fees, tournaments, and even scholarships for families in need.
We are incredibly grateful for the continued support from individuals and businesses like yours, which allow us to offer a high-quality program for the children in our community. As we look ahead to the 2026 season, we are filled with excitement and optimism. On behalf of our players, coaches, volunteers, and families, the Thompson Little League Board extends our heartfelt thanks for your support. We look forward to partnering with you in the coming year!
Ways to support Thompson Little League:
1. You can Advertise with a Sign. The cost is $250.00 per sign. Your advertisement will be prominently displayed on a 40”x 8’ foot sign along the outfield fence on one of the newly redone fields (Baron Field or Rowson Field). Signs will be up for the entirety of the spring and fall ball seasons. We have space to accommodate multiple signs if you’d like more than one.
2. Donations of any amount are also welcome and appreciated, if you are not able to sponsor with a sign. We would love to give you a shout-out on our Facebook page and our website (thompsonlittleleague.org).
3. You can be added to our waitlist to sponsor a team. Business names are displayed on the team’s jerseys or caps. You’ll be recognized at Opening Day and with a website sponsorship spot on the league’s website. Please send an email to [email protected] indicating you’d like to be contacted if a team sponsorship opportunity opens up. The cost for one full year of team sponsorship is $500.00. Please do not send in the money at this time.
It is important to note that your sponsorship will reach residents beyond the town of Thompson. Thompson Little League is now a part of the Quiet Corner Little League. This means teams from surrounding towns, along with their fans, come to our complex for games during the regular season. Remember, your sponsor fee is tax deductible!
